Writer: Paula WershinerPaula Wershiner

Currently our Senior Center offers these regularly scheduled activities free to seniors 60+ and caregivers accompanying them.

Tai Chi with Paul Samberg, every Friday 2:30 - 3:30

Guitar and Ukulele group for beginners and brush-ups with Craig Wilczewski every Thursday, Noon to 1 p.m. Please bring your guitar or ukulele, a digital tuner, and a folder for sheet music.

Crafts Class with Amy Patton, third Thursday of each month, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Join us on Thursday, March 20, from 10 am - 11 am, when we'll be learning more ways to make jewelry from compact discs. Even if you missed our first CD Jewelry class in December, you'll enjoy discovering the hidden beauty of those old CDs. Taught by crafts specialist Amy Patton.

We'd like to offer a wider variety of activities, including exercise classes, dance, arts, crafts, music, gardening, book clubs, collections -- any activity that Seniors enjoy, which is just about everything! But we need volunteers to make this happen.

If you have a skill or interest you'd like to share with Seniors in our community,

please call our office during business hours at 707 274-8779, email us at admin@lucernealpineseniorcenter.org or stop by to see us, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Your time and talent will be appreciated!
